Plage Bleue by Dream Escapes is a stylish apartment complex where everything revolves around the ocean. One of the best beaches and watersports areas on the island can be found right next to the estate. The white, well-protected complex with its protruding, shade-providing roofs, was designed in a u-shape. Enjoy an undisturbed view of two different blue features which play a leading role in the island lifestyle: whether you opt for a Premium, Beachfront, or Penthouse room, the ocean and the pool are both available to all guests, as are sun-loungers for some relaxation in-between. This relaxing zone is self-contained, but can be reached from some of the apartments in just a short amount of time. Furthermore, the small, natural beach is also worth a visit; you can’t swim here, but you can certainly dip your toes in the Mauritian waves. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket and a number of restaurants nearby, ideal for self-caterers. If you don’t want to arrange everything by yourself, the accommodation also offers various services to make your life a little easier. This includes the ability to book breakfast or other meals as extras, or to have your fridge filled up before your arrival. The concierge service is another real help, ideal if you want to discover the blue side of the island and enjoy some activities or watersports, including coral-reef diving, parasailing, waterskiing, or windsurfing. If you don’t want to go diving and don’t mind tight spaces, Blue Safari Submarines will gladly take you on a submarine ride and show you the ocean from 35-metre-depth. Once you’re back on dry land, why not pay a visit to Grand Baie, where supermarkets, shopping centres, cool bars, and souvenir shops can all be found; just be careful how much you spend! Port Louis too, which lies 20 km away, will bring you closer to the Mauritian lifestyle and that of its inhabitants.
